Driftwood is the next chapter in a story Terri Young has been writing in Warsaw for years.
Through her leadership at Red Wing Coffee, Terri helped shape the coffee culture of this town — one quiet morning, one perfect cup at a time. She knows what hospitality means here: warmth, familiarity, and the small details that make a guest feel at home.
Together with her husband Toby, she is bringing that same care to a new home at 936b Main Street — opening right next door to Red Wing Coffee Roastery & Sweet Treats Bakery. A place where a barista's pour at sunrise gives way to a bartender's stir at sunset. Where a dinner plate, a poured cocktail, and a felt-topped pool table all belong under the same warm roof.
We're calling it Driftwood — for the way the lake shapes everything that washes ashore here, and for the gathering that happens around a fire built of what's been carried in.
More than a restaurant. A gathering place built on hospitality, craftsmanship, and connection.
We can't wait to welcome you.
